Taupo Language is an NZQA rated Category 1 school. Students who enrol 14 weeks and longer gain automatic work rights allowing you to work up to 20 hours per week.

Unsere Sprachschule liegt in Taupo, am nördlichen Ufer des gleichnamigen Sees - des größten Sees Neuseelands. Lake Taupo ist vor allem bekannt für den Forellenfang, seine zahlreichen Kayakrouten und seine spektakuläre Lage in einem Gebiet voll geothermaler Aktivität. Darüber hinaus befindet sich unsere Stadt ganz in der Nähe von Neuseelands größtem Ski- und Snowboarding-Gebiet im berühmten Tongariro Nationalpark. Die Region ist also ein Paradies für jeden Outdoor-Enthusiasten. Taupo ist eine freundliche und sichere Kleinstadt, ein idealer Platz für Studenten, um mit der englischen Sprache und einem anderen Lebenstil vertraut zu werden - auf den Straßen wird ausschließlich Englisch gesprochen, unsere Sprachschüler sind also permanent von der für sie neuen Sprache umgeben.

Free things to do in Taupo: Huka Falls – Huka Falls are New Zealand’s most visited natural attraction and this thundering waterfall lives up to the hype. The Falls are an incredible sight, over 220,000 litres of water flow through the rock face per second, enough to fill two Olympic sized swimming pools, per second! Huka Falls are easily visited on foot or by car, situated off SH1 just north of Taupo on Huka Falls Loop Road.

Destination Great Lake Taupo has released promotional videos of  the mountain bike rides in the Taupo area. Tracks grade 1 to 5 are available. Check the videos out, they're awesome.

Taupo Language & Outdoor Education Centre "Taupo Language" (Provider No. 8954) is registered as a Private Training Establishment by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority, pursuant to the Education Amendment Act 1990. Taupo Language is a Category 1 school.

PASTORAL CARE

Taupo Language is a signatory to the Code of Practice for the Pastoral Care of International Students (The Code). It provides a framework for education providers to ensure a high standard of care and well-being is maintained for international students while they live and study in New Zealand. The Code is established under section 238F of the Education Act 1989. The Act requires that a provider must be a signatory to the Code in order to enrol international students.
